Tender and juicy baked pork chops covered in barbecue sauce. Barbecue sauce tastes great with everything, including pork chops. They are seasoned with a spice mixture and covered with barbecue sauce. Then they are baked until the pork chops are tender and juicy. These baked barbecue pork chops make a great spring or summer dinner. Served with a side of potato or macaroni salad with your favorite summer vegetables.
The seasoning mix for these pork chops is made by combining salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika together in a small bowl. The paprika gives these pork chops a slightly spicy flavor that goes great with the barbecue sauce. Sprinkle this seasoning mix over both side of the pork chops and place them onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake until the pork chops are tender and no longer pink in the center.
