Delicious tender ham steak baked covered with a homemade barbecue sauce. These ham steaks make a delicious and easy dinner that takes very little time to prepare. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare the homemade barbecue sauce. After the barbecue sauce is prepared, it is poured over large slices of ham steak and baked until the ham is tender. Serve with a side of potatoes and your favorite vegetables for a quick and easy meal.

For the ham steak, I used boneless slices of ham steak, but if you prefer you can use bone in as well. For the homemade barbecue sauce, combine brown sugar, ketchup, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder together. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ham steaks and bake for 30 minutes, until the steaks are tender. You can also use premade barbecue sauce for this dish as well to make it even easier and quicker.
