Crispy and delicious avocado fries baked in the oven with a crispy breadcrumb breading. These avocado fries are simple and easy to make. They are breaded in a mixture of egg and milk, seasoned flour, and breadcrumbs. The avocado fries are baked until crispy and lightly golden browned. These fries make a great healthy alternative to french fries to serve along side a burger or hot dog.
The avocados are first peled and the seed is removed. Slice each avocado into slices. First dip the avocado fries in an egg and milk mixture, then into a seasoned flour mixture, and back into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs. Baked until the fries are lightly browned. Serve with ranch or other favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 large avocados
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Peel and slice avocado. In a shallow dish, combine egg and milk. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings. Place breadcrumbs in the last shallow dish.
- First dip avocado in egg mixture, then in the flour mixture, then back into the egg mixture and the breadcrumbs. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
