Sharing is caring!

Quick and easy homemade french fries made with sweet potatoes and cooked in the air-fryer. The air-fryer will make these potatoes crispy and delicious. You can serve these fries with a burger, hot dog or any other meal that you would like. Dip these fries in your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup or ranch dressing.

I left the skin on the potato, but you can peel them before slicing if you prefer. Cut the potato into your preferred thickness of fries, you can make them into potato wedges, or a thinner fry. Depending on the size, you may need to adjust the cooking time. Mix the fries with olive oil and seasonings. Spread them out into the air-fryer basket in a single layer. Air-fry until crispy and fork-tender.
