Air-Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Crispy breaded chicken cooked in the air-fryer. The chicken is breaded in a Italian breadcrumb and parmesan mixture. Then cooked in the air-fryer, making this chicken more crispy than baking. Everyone will love this dish for a easy weeknight meal served with your favorite side dishes.

The only five ingredients that you need is chicken, a large egg, milk, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, and grated parmesan cheese. The chicken is first coated in a mixture of egg and milk, then covered in a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Air-fry the chicken until it is fully cooked through and crispy.

Air-Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  2. Fully coat each chicken in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumbs. Place into a greased air-fryer basket. Air-fry for 15-20 minutes.
