Air-Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Crispy breaded chicken cooked in the air-fryer. The chicken is breaded in a Italian breadcrumb and parmesan mixture. Then cooked in the air-fryer, making this chicken more crispy than baking. Everyone will love this dish for a easy weeknight meal served with your favorite side dishes.

The only five ingredients that you need is chicken, a large egg, milk, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, and grated parmesan cheese. The chicken is first coated in a mixture of egg and milk, then covered in a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Air-fry the chicken until it is fully cooked through and crispy.

Air-Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Fully coat each chicken in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumbs. Place into a greased air-fryer basket. Air-fry for 15-20 minutes.
