Air-Fryer Lasagna Chips

Quick and delicious pasta chips cooked in the air-fryer make the perfect appetizer or snack. You can serve these pasta chips with a bowl of spaghetti or any other Italian main meal. You only need four easy ingredients and a few minutes to make these chips. Broken lasagna noodles are coated with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Then air-fryed until cripsy. Serve dipped in marinara sauce for a delicious appetizer.

 

First break the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to package directions. Drain and mix with the olive oil, and grated parmesan cheese.  Air-fry the lasagna noodles in batches for 4-5 minutes, or until the pasta is crispy. Serve warm dipped with marinara sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place into a large bowl.
  • Mix the pasta with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Place lasagna noodles in batches in the air-fryer basket.
  • Air-fry for 4-5 minutes.
