Air-Fryer Breaded Pork Chops

Crispy juicy breaded pork chops made in the air-fryer. These pork chops are delicious with a crispy breading, they taste like they are fried. Being air-fried there is no need to use any oil for these pork chops, making it a healthier meal that is just as crispy and delicious as a fried pork chop. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables and mashed potatoes for a quick and easy weeknight meal.

To prepare the breading for these pork chops, egg and milk are whisked together in a shallow dish. Bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika are combined in another shallow dish. Dip each pork chop in the egg and milk mixture before fully coating in the breadcrumb and parmesan cheese coating. Air-Fry for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and no longer pink in the center. Depending on the size of your air-fryer, you may need to air-fry these pork chops in batches.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
  • Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, fully coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place pork chops into the air-fryer basket, air-fry for 10-12 minutes.
