Ingredients
- 10 oz. okra, sliced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air-fryer to 375 F. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk together. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings. Place breadcrumbs into another shallow dish.
- Dip each okra into the egg mixture, coat in the flour, back into egg, then fully coat in breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
