These rolls have all of the flavor of garlic bread, with the texture of fresh homemade rolls. Serve this buttery homemade bread for a delicious side dish to go along with any main meal.

This homemade bread is made with a classic yeast dough. You can also use premade pizza dough to make this bread to save on time. After the dough has risen the first time, melt butter in a small bowl and mix with minced garlic, salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Divide the dough into smaller pieces and roll each into a ball. Coat the balls in the melted butter mixture, and arrange in a greased bundt cake pan. Cover and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes. Bake until the dough is lightly golden browned. Turn the bread out onto a serving plate.

Ingredients

  

• 1 1/2 cups warm milk
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

 

• In a small bowl, combine warm milk with sugar and yeast, let sit for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add in yeast mixture and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth. Place dough into a large greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours.
• Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Deflate dough and divide into small balls. Roll each ball into the melted butter mixture. Place each ball evenly into a greased bundt cake pan. Cover and let rise for another 30-60 minutes. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Turn bread out onto a plate.
