Pretzel White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy sugar cookies filled with pretzels and white chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy sweet and salty cookies for a delicious treat to bake for just about any occasion.

The cookie dough is made like a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of crushed pretzels and white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Pretzel White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the pretzels and white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
