Mint Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and mint extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the food coloring and fold in the chocolate chips. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish, and roll cookie dough into balls. Roll each one into the powdered sugar.
- Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
