The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of dry vanilla pudding mix. Add pink food coloring to the cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart and bake until fully cooked through.

Valentine's Day Pudding Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pink food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the food coloring. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
