The cookie dough is made like a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate heart.
Cookies and Cream Heart Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- chocolate hearts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with chocolate hearts.
