Cake Mix Cranberry Oatmeal Butterscotch Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with dried cranberries and butterscotch baking chips. The cookies are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, making them even more soft and chewy. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies for any occasion.

The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar are mixed together until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix Oatmeal Cranberry Butterscotch Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the dried cranberries and butterscotch. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
