The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between two bowls and mix one with red food coloring and one with green food coloring. Fold chocolate chips into each cookie dough and take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Roll each one into a dish of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red and green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between two bowls and mix one with red food coloring and one with green.
- Fold 1/2 cup chocolate chips in each cookie dough and take a small amount of each and roll into balls. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll each cookie dough in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
