Candy Corn Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies topped with candy corn. These easy chewy chocolate chip cookies make the perfect and easy treat to bake this Halloween. Everyone will love the classic soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies and the fun fall twist to them.

The cookie dough is made like a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, roll the dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top each one with candy corn.

Candy Corn Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • candy corn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, and both sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy corn.
