The peanut butter mixture is made like a classic peanut butter ball, roll the mixture into balls and cover each one in melted chocolate chips. Set onto a plate and decorate with Oreo cookies cut in half and candy eyes. Let the chocolate sit until it is completely set.
Bat Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies, halved
- candy eyes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add in powdered sugar, and mix until a thick dough forms. Roll the dough into balls and set onto a plate.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each peanut butter ball in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with Oreo cookies and candy eyes. Let sit until it is completely set.
