Easy chocolate chip cookie dough truffles covered in melted chocolate chips and decorated with candy eyes, pretzels, and red M&Ms to make them look like reindeer. Everyone will love these easy no-bake cookie dough truffles this holiday season.

The cookie dough is made by first heating the flour in the microwave for 40 seconds. Add the flour to a mixture of butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and set onto a plate. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes, pretzels, and M&Ms. Let sit until it is completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • pretzels
  • red M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Place flour in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bow, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and flour until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a plate. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes, pretzels and M&Ms. Let sit until it is completely set.
