Cake Mix Cranberry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
- Roll cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
