Easy soft and delicious homemade chocolate brownies topped with candy eyes for Halloween. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the brownies and the delicious chocolate flavors. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Halloween season.

The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl, then spread into a square baking dish. Bake until the center of the brownies comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and topping each one with candy eyes.

Eyeball Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. Add in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and topping each one with candy eyes.
