The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between two bowls and mix one with red food coloring and one with green. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red and green food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls, and mix one with red food coloring and one with green.
- Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
