Flourless Halloween Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie bars filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles and made using no flour in the cookie dough. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookie bars and the delicious peanut butter flavors. They make the perfect easy dessert to bake this fall.

The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish and bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Flourless Halloween Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
