The peanut butter ball mixture is made like a classic peanut butter ball, except for the addition of Halloween themed sprinkles folded into the mixture. Roll the dough into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze them while the chocolate melts. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each peanut butter ball in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
Halloween Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Fold in the sprinkles. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each peanut butter ball in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
