The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients, except for the Reese’s peanut butter cups are mixed together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet and place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&Ms
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Place cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
