Sweet and delicious cookie dough that is completely edible. This classic chocolate chip cookie dough contains no eggs in it making it safe to eat. The flour is also heated in the microwave to make the cookie dough completely edible. This sweet treat is a great no bake dessert that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. You can keep the cookie dough refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week to enjoy anytime. You can also roll the cookie dough into balls and dip into melted chocolate for an easy cookie dough truffles.

To make the cookie dough, softened butter is beat with both granulated and brown sugar with a mixer. Milk and vanilla extract are added into the dough and beat until smooth. Place the flour into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Add the flour into the butter mixture and beat with a mixer until all of the flour is incorporated. Fold the mini chocolate chips into the dough with a spatula. You can serve right away or you can store the cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, place flour and microwave for 40 seconds. Set aside. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat softened butter with both granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in milk and vanilla extract, beat until smooth. Add in flour and beat until all of the flour is incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until serving.
