S’mores Cookie Dough

Easy homemade edible cookie dough filled with chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows. This easy cookie dough has all of the classic and delicious flavors of s’mores. Everyone will love this quick and easy no-bake dessert this summer.

The cookie dough is made without any eggs, and the flour is first heated in the microwave for 40 seconds. The chocolate chips, graham crackers are folded into the sugar cookie dough, and you can serve or store in the fridge until serving.

S'mores Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heated in the microwave
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Place flour into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, mix butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add in flour, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers and marshmallows.
