Sweetened condensed milk, mint extract and chocolate chips are folded into the whipped cream mixture. Green food coloring is also added to the ice cream to give it the traditional green mint chocolate chip ice cream color. Freeze the ice cream for a couple of hours, until it has frozen solid.
