Peanut Butter Three Musketeers Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with chopped up three musketeer candy bars. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavors. They make the perfect easy candy for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of chopped up three musketeer candy bars folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookies into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until they are fully cooked through.

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped three musketeer candy bars

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate. Roll cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
