- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz. butterscotch baking chips

- In a large bowl, mix together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate.
