Soft and chewy peanut butter oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with delicious Reese’s pieces candies. Each cookie is also topped with a heart shaped chocolate. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Valentine’s day.
The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients except for the chocolates together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and place one heart on each cookie.
Cake Mix Peanut Butter Oatmeal Reese's Pieces Heart Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Reese's pieces
- chocolate hearts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with oats, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Reese's pieces.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and place one heart on each cookie.
