Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Peanut Butter Oatmeal Reese’s Pieces Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with delicious Reese’s pieces candies. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Oreo cookie. Everyone will love these easy chewy peanut butter cookies for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients, except for Oreo cookies together in a large bowl until combined. Place cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

• 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
• 1 cup quick oats
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup Reese's pieces
• Oreo cookies

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Reese's pieces.
2. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
