Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with chocolate M&Ms. Each cookie is also stuffed with Rolos. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the oatmeal cookies and delicious chocolate surprise in each cookie.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with oatmeal, eggs, vegetable oil and M&Ms. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover full with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Oatmeal M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup M&Ms
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
