The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. White chocolate chips and Easter themed sprinkles are folded into the cookie dough. Place the cookie dough onto a baking sheet and place one Oreo on each cookie dough and cover fully with more dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Easter White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
