Cake Mix Peanut Butter Easter Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy cookie bars made with a box of cake mix and filled with peanut butter and Easter themed sprinkles. All you need is five simple ingredients and just a few minutes to put these easy cookie dough together. Everyone will love these easy bars this Easter.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and Easter themed sprinkles. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
