Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles. All you need is five simple ingredients to make these quick and easy cookies. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture and delicious peanut butter flavors.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and Easter themed sprinkles. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
