Peanut Butter Marshmallow Footballs

Quick and easy peanut butter truffles made with marshmallow cream. The peanut butter balls are shaped into ovals and decorated into footballs with melted chocolate chips and white icing. Everyone will love these easy and fun treats for any occasion.

The peanut butter mixture is made by mixing the butter with peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Form the mixture into ovals, and set onto plates. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the mixture and set onto plates. Decorate into footballs with the icing. Let sit until it is completely set.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Footballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • white icing

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, and mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Shape the mixture into ovals and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat each peanut butter truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate into footballs with the icing. Let sit until it is completely set.
