The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish, and bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Stir in the food coloring and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
