I love to make fresh homemade bread to go along with a meal of pasta or salad. This warm and fluffy bread is made with dried rosemary. The added rosemary is a delicious addition to the bread. It is made using a basic yeast dough for the bread. This bread is great for serving as a side dish to go along with a bowl of pasta. Or just to enjoy a warm slice of bread.

The bread dough is made similar to pizza dough, except with the addition of dried rosemary. Dried rosemary is mixed and kneaded into the dough. Because this dough is made with yeast, it will need to rise twice before baking. After the dough is kneaded, it will rise first in a greased bowl until it has doubled in size. Deflate the dough and shape it into a large round ball. Place the dough onto a large greased baking sheet. Cover and let the dough rise a second time, for another 30-60 minutes. Rub olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with some more dried rosemary. Bake until the bread is lightly browned.
