Flourless Leftover Candy Peanut Butter Cookies

Easy peanut butter cookies made without any flour. They are filled with tons of delicious peanut butter flavors and chopped up candy bars. These easy cookies make the perfect easy treat to bake for when you need to use up some leftover Halloween or Christmas candy.

The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Flourless Leftover Candy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup leftover candy bars, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chopped up candy bars.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
