Easy chocolate and peanut butter covered vanilla wafer cookies for St. Patrick’s day. Vanilla wafers are covered in a delicious mixture of melted white chocolate chips and peanut butter that is made green with food coloring. They are also decorated with green sprinkles. Everyone will love these easy cookies this St. Patrick’s day.

The only five ingredients that you need is white chocolate chips, peanut butter, green food coloring, vanilla wafer cookies, and green sprinkles. Melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Then coat each cookie in the mixture and set them onto a plate. Decorate with the sprinkles, and let sit until it is completely set.

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • green food coloring
  • vanilla wafers
  • green sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
  • Fully coat each cookie in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until it is completely set.
