Cake Mix Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with white chocolate chips and Valentine’s day sprinkles. The cookies are also rolled in a dish of powdered sugar before baking, making them more soft and chewy. Everyone will love these easy cookies this Valentine’s day.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Valentine’s day themed sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
