Soft and chewy blondie cups for Valentine’s day. These easy blondie cups have the same delicious brown sugar blondie flavors but with some fun Valentine’s day themed sprinkles folded into the mixture. Everyone will love these quick and easy cups this Valentine’s day.

The batter is made like a classic blondie batter, except for the addition of Valentine’s day themed sprinkles mixed into the batter. Evenly divide the blondie batter between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Evenly divide the batter between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
