Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with peanut butter and Valentine’s day themed sprinkles. Each cookie is also topped with a heart shaped chocolate. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies this Valentine’s day.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Valentine’s day themed sprinkles are then folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place them onto a baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
- heart shaped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and top each one with a chocolate heart.
