The only five ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, oats, eggs, vegetable oil, and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the peanut butter cups together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
