The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of strawberry cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. M&Ms and chocolate chips are then folded into the cookie dough. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover with more dough. Bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Strawberry Cake Mix M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
