The only five ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar together until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
