Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of chocolate cake mix and filled with Christmas themed M&Ms. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate caramel Rolo. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and delicious chocolate surprise in each cookie.
The only five ingredients that you need is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Christmas themed M&Ms, and Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Rolos together until smooth. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Cake Mix Christmas M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
