The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, peanut butter, and vegetable oil. Then fold in Christmas themed M&Ms. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more dough and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Peanut Butter Christmas M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, peanut butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more dough, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
