Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

Chewy peanut butter cookies made using no flour in the cookie dough. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter flavors and chewy texture of the cookies. They make the perfect easy treat to bake with the whole family this Christmas season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing peanut butter with both granulated and brown sugars, along with egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
