Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with Christmas themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. These easy cookies are rolled in a dish of powdered sugar before baking, making them more soft and chewy. Everyone will love these easy and delicious cookies this Christmas.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then Christmas themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
